Author an
Experience
MOVEMENT • BREATHWORK • REFLECTIVE PRACTICE
We've all left a room feeling different without fully knowing why. Author an Experience means creating that feeling with intention.

WHAT IS AN AUTHORED EXPERIENCE?
Author an Experience means leading an embodied practice, yoga, breathwork, a storytelling circle, a wellness practice, or a reflective session, as part of MENTAL's public programming.
These experiences invite participation, not observation – the same spirit Sanctuary and other participating practice groups bring to MENTAL.
